On the 11th and 12th September, Vision will be exhibiting at the Care & Dementia Show alongside their specialist range of Whitakers products.

One of the innovative collections to be presented at the show will be the flame retardant satin stripe bed linen set, now available in an attractive cream colouring.

Crafted from high quality 100% polyester, the satin stripe bed linen provides an instant update to any guest or resident bedroom whilst the flame retardant qualities ensures complete safety and peace of mind. Made to BS 7175 Ignition Source 7 standards, this is the highest level of flame retardancy which meets both British and European safety criteria.

The Whitakers range of flame retardant bedding means that care home owners and management can simply and efficiently change their existing products in order to meet regulations and fire safety assessments whilst greatly reducing the risk of fire spreading within their establishments. Flame retardant products are generally treated with a chemical treatment or made using fireproof fabrics which self-extinguish when ignited ensuring ample time for the less mobile to evacuate the premises should a fire be present.
