4. I have received my order but it is incorrect, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect please notify us within 3 days from receipt of goods.

5. I’m not sure which product best suits my requirements?

If you have any queries about any of our products or you wish to discuss your needs and options in more detail, please don’t hesitate to call us on 0845 194 8664 and one of our trained Sales Advisers will be happy to help – we can also arrange for a member of our design team to visit you to discuss colour schemes and products with no obligation to purchase.

6. Do I need flame retardant products?

Any curtains used within a contract setting are subject to flame retardant requirements. We are happy to discuss these requirements with you and will provide necessary test certificates for your records as appropriate. The BS7175 for bedcovers does not provide any classification for end uses but does use cigarette, match and crib ignition sources which may be employed to satisfy a level of safety based on the risk assessment. Again, we are happy to discuss your own particular requirements.

7. What do I do if the product I need isn’t listed in the brochure?

The products listed in our brochure are our core stock and aim to cover all your basic requirements. However, we realise that all our customers needs are different and our global structure gives us access to a vast range of products, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.

8. I am interested in curtains and soft-furnishings, what initial steps do I need to take?

Please contact us and we can arrange for a member of our team to visit you to discuss your requirements and offer advice.

9. I am interested in bespoke fabric design

For larger projects we offer the option of bespoke fabric design which can incorporate any of your design requirements. One of our team can advise on quantities required and the first steps to be taken.

10. Can you provide laundering advice?

Most of our products come with wash care labels attached, however we are happy to provide washing instructions for any of our products on request.

11. Can you provide samples of products?

We are pleased to provide whole samples and fabric colour swatches by post on request. A credit for whole samples will be made to your account upon return.

12. Is there a discount for large orders?

We may offer discount on large orders so please contact us for a quotation.

13. Will my furniture be delivered fully assembled?

We don’t do ‘flatpack’. All of the furniture we supply is either delivered fully built, or we build it on-site for you. Our highly skilled team of professional assemblers and fitters will build your furniture on-site and can install it to your instructions. We even take away all the packaging.
